Sticky Ketchup Problem Solved by MIT researchers using Nano Technology.

Good news for all food lovers. You should be experienced some problems like getting Tomato ketchup out of the bottle or getting Honey (Mayonnaise) or any such equivalent sticky food materials out of the bottles? It has been a big problem for a very long time.

Development in science and technology making human life easier and for every human problem science is giving out solution.

Like wise for ketchup, Honey, Mayonnaise or any such problem MIT researchers have come up with non-stick bottles using nano technology that does not stick to ketchup or honey. The new non-stick bottles are known as LiquiGlide bottles.

LiquiGlide is a coating which coats to the surface of the container. The material is safe for food and can be applied over any type of packaging material like plastic, glass.

According to the researchers, LiquiGlide is “kind of a structured liquid — it’s rigid like a solid, but it’s lubricated like a liquid.”
